Job summary

Hillcrest Healthcare System in Tulsa, OK seeks a day shift, full-time CV Research Clinical Research Coordinator RN to manage investigational studies and patient care activities. The role requires coordination with providers, staff, and sponsors while ensuring regulatory compliance and documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years in a CRC role, and BLS certification within 14 days of hire. Preferred certification in clinical trials (CCRC) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree; experience may substitute education.
• Two years of CRC experience in a healthcare/research facility.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer before direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage investigational studies with patient visits and education.
• Develop documents for individual studies and ensure testing and procedures follow FDA, GCP, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with providers, hospital staff, and vendors to advance research delivery.
