Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of healthcare experience and/or quality analysis and reporting.
• Current RN license with a valid compact multistate license or a temporary permit while awaiting licensure.
• CPHQ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Abstract data from EMR and other software sources for performance improvement.
• Develop monthly reports and data visualizations to track quality indicators.
• Collaborate with program coordinators and clinical staff to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support training and audits to ensure compliance with policy and regulations.
