Authentic Home Care Inc. is seeking an RN to serve as Clinical Manager, overseeing IHSS and Home Health programs. The role requires strong leadership to guide clinical staff and ensure high-quality patient care in a small agency expanding its services.

The ideal candidate will have Colorado RN licensure, IHSS/home health experience, supervisory background, and a preference for healthcare administration knowledge. The position is full-time with travel to client homes as needed.

Competenze

• Active RN license in Colorado.
• 2+ years IHSS/home health experience; 1+ year supervisory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations of IHSS and Home Health programs, ensuring quality care.
• Lead and mentor Health Maintenance Attendants, CNAs, and clinical staff.
• Develop and implement policies compliant with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients and families on care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate patient care outcomes and adjust as needed.
• Stay informed on IHSS and home health practices and apply relevant updates.
