Job summary

JPS Health Network in Fort Worth, TX seeks an RN Clinical Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in behavioral health, coordinating nursing care and clinical practice across the department. The position requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, 5+ years as an RN, 2+ years supervising staff, Texas RN licensure or reciprocity, and active BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Coordinates the team providing patient care and education to patients and the public about various health conditions, offering guidance and emotional support to patients and families.

Job Summary: The RN Clinical Manager is responsible for the delivery of quality patient care through the leadership of a multidisciplinary team. • Maintains accurate, detailed reports and records for operational and clinical needs related to the patient population served.
• Facilitates staff development and adherence to standards of care, individual goal setting and development of the departmental team.
• Facilitates the development and implementation of Quality Improvement activities, and utilizes Performance Improvement data to initiate changes which improve services.
• Ensures appropriate staffing levels, Supervises and evaluates staff. Monitors staff compliance with competency-based orientation and annual re-evaluation of skills.
