Job summary

Ernest Health, Inc. seeks a Clinical Liaison for Central Park Rehabilitation Hospital of Denver to evaluate patient admissions, craft development plans, and engage referral sources.

The role operates Thursday through Sunday in the Denver area, promoting rehabilitation services across a multi-disciplinary team. The candidate must hold active licensure (RN/LVN/LPN, OT, PT, or RT), have healthcare sales experience, and be skilled at building regional relationships while upholding hospital

Qualifications

Current, valid, and active drivers’ license, proof of automobile insurance, and clean driving record required.
3 years healthcare experience preferred (healthcare sales experienced preferred).
Current, valid, and active clinical licensure required (RN, LVN/LPN, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Respiratory Therapist)).

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and determine admissions criteria; prepare development plans, conduct calls, and present to potential referral sources.
Integrate the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
