Job summary

The RN Clinical Nurse at Wellstar Health System is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team delivering individualized, high-quality, safe patient care. Working within a clinical environment guided by the Wellstar Professional Practice Model, you will uphold evidence-based practice and collaborate with nurse managers to support patient outcomes.

Required are an RN license (GA/SC), BLS, and BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN license (GA/SC) required or multi-state compact.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice and individualized care.
• Provide patient-centered care reflecting cultural diversity.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Document care timely and promote a respectful, inclusive environment.
• Support performance improvement and participate in shared governance.
