Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Associates Degree required.
• One year of experience as a professional RN; new graduate RNs go to the RN Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care based on the nursing process and coordinate care for assigned patients.
• Document nursing process in the EMR and monitor patient responses to interventions.
• Participate in unit governance and nursing quality initiatives.
• Assist with discharge planning and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
