OhioHealth in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Clinical Leader for the Labor and Delivery Unit. You will lead clinical operations, coordinate an interdisciplinary team, and drive quality and patient satisfaction.
The role requires a strong nursing background and proven leadership within obstetric services. The position oversees scheduling, staff development, and departmental initiatives, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and high reliability.

The Clinical Leader PCLM provides leadership and coordinates the design, development, implementation and evaluation of the programs, services, processes, systems within responsible area; assures quality, service, and satisfaction, continuum and process improvement, efficient utilization of resources and financial performance; assures productivity standards are met.
Bachelor's Degree: NursingACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association, BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing
Labor and Delivery RN expereince strongly preferred
Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio; Minimum 2 years clinical Experiencedepartment-Specific (in addition to above)- Prior RN Experience in related field- BLS/ACLS Certified- in related field- Demonstrated leadership skills
