OhioHealth in Marion, OH is seeking a Clinical Leader in Behavioral Health to oversee program design, development and evaluation within the department. You will coordinate care delivery, supervise nursing staff, and ensure quality, safety and patient satisfaction.
This full-time role requires an active Ohio RN license, ACLS/BLS certification, and demonstrated leadership experience to drive improvement and optimize team performance in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The Clinical Leader PCLM provides leadership and coordinates the design, development, implementation and evaluation of the programs, services, processes, systems within responsible area; assures quality, service, and satisfaction, continuum and process improvement, efficient utilization of resources and financial performance; assures productivity standards are met.
