• Plans, delivers, and evaluates orientation for new hires and ongoing staff training.
• Maintains records of training, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Delivers hands-on training, simulations, and classroom instruction to build clinical competencies.
• Keeps current with evidence-based practices and integrates them into training.
• Provides mentorship and serves as a clinical resources for staff.
