Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of recent clinical experience in adult acute care.
• RN license in Texas required.
• Preferred CCDS/CDIP/CCS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Improve documentation quality and accuracy through open record reviews.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to obtain clarifications.
• Educate team on documentation and reimbursement concepts.
• Support data used for measuring physician and hospital outcomes.
