Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, Health Information, Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of three years of Clinical Documentation Improvement experience.
• Two years supervisory experience in Nursing.
• Valid RN license and CCDS certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops and designs workflows to optimize billing, collections, and customer service in the CDI area.
• Leads staff to achieve productivity, accuracy, and throughput goals.
• Collaborates with senior leadership to implement policies and standards in the revenue cycle.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and confidentiality; enforces organizational policies.
