• Assure supplies and appropriate staff for each case/procedure.
• Manage preference cards with surgeons to ensure supplies and equipment are available.
• Ensure understanding and compliance with standards, policies, and procedures.
• Support training and learning opportunities for staff in collaboration with educators and managers.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance quality patient care and work processes.
