Job summary

Jobot is seeking an RN Nursing Clinical Coordinator in Orlando, FL to lead non-clinical RN initiatives and coordinate nursing student rotations. This permanent role offers a hybrid schedule with four days in person and one day remote, and a salary range of $85,000–$90,000 annually based on rank and education.

Qualified candidates hold an MSN, Florida RN or compact-state license, and have at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.

Qualifications

• MSN required.
• RN license to practice in Florida or a compact state.
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and/or maintain relationships with clinical sites and clinical site contracts.
• Coordinate all rotations of students through clinical sites.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with clinical agency management and staff.
• Organize procedures for the orientation of students and faculty to clinical sites.
