Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse license.
• At least 1 year of home health experience as an RN field clinician.
• Ability to work in our office in Torrance, CA during regular business hours.
• Strong understanding of home health documentation and clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and care coordination for a designated caseload of patients.
• Support care coordination by working with physicians and healthcare providers.
• Review and sign clinical documentation including orders for patient care.
• Field visits to supervise our clinicians and provide patient care as needed.

California Registered Nurse license

CPR certification

Experience with Kinnser/Wellsky EMR
