Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years nursing experience required.
• Experience entering data into systems like Rave/DataTrak preferred.
• Ability to perform EKGs, phlebotomy, spin blood and shipping prep; transport of biological materials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and monitor participant recruitment and retention procedures.
• Interpret and implement protocol procedures and policy.
• Screen and interview study participants; review lab and procedure results.
• Maintain case report forms, charts and documentation.
• Review protocols from other departments that include radiology services and prepare detailed responses.
• Dispense medication and maintain records.
• Assure adverse events are reported in timely fashion.
• Maintain regulatory documents as mandated by FDA regulations.
• Assist/prepare initial IRB and regulatory submissions; submit documents to the IRB.
• Assist/prepare and submit documentation to IRB (initial review, renewals, revisions, AE, protocol deviations).
• Other duties as assigned

Job Duties

Responsible for all aspects of research coordination for research studies; Responsible for research specific quality nursing care for patients participating in clinical trials. Work with modality supervisors for completion of site questionnaires, implementation of imaging protocol and coordinate services for research patients.

2 years Nursing required

Up to 1 year Experience in entering data onto systems such as Rave and DataTrak preferred
