Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in Colorado or a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Experience leading clinical support staff and coordinating daily tasks.
• Proficient in EHR training and staff support.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily directions and guidance to support staff.
• Assist with internal assignments and coordination of daily responsibilities.
• Serve as the primary in-department trainer for all aspects of the EHR system.
• Obtain and maintain EHR Superuser status.
• Support staff education, workflow consistency, and effective use of the EHR.
