CommonSpirit Health's St. Anthony Summit Hospital in Colorado is seeking a Clinic RN to collaborate with the healthcare team and patients, promoting engagement, self-management, and safety in ambulatory care.
You will assess physical and psychosocial needs, develop and monitor care plans, administer IVs and medications, educate patients and families, document care, and use information systems to support decision-making. This is a full-time, on-site role with a competitive hourly pay range.
As our Clinic RN, you will assume responsibility for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the healthcare team and patients/families, utilizing best practices to maximize patient engagement and self-management efforts.
Every day you will promote the optimal health, well-being, and safety of patients through the nursing process, adhering to patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act, all while demonstrating personal accountability for relationship-based care and organizational mission.
To be successful in this role, you will be a Registered Nurse with strong clinical nursing acumen in ambulatory care, knowledge of community health concepts, and expertise in case management and care coordination.
