Job summary

The Staff Pad is partnering with a hospital in Russellville to hire an RN Circulator to join their Surgical Services team. You will provide perioperative care across all ages and work with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical staff.

This full-time, day shift with on-call rotation offers comprehensive compensation and benefits, with opportunities to mentor new staff and uphold infection control and patient safety.

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification requirements.
• 3+ months of nursing experience preferred.
• OR experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care for patients of all ages.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.

The Staff Pad is partnering with a reputed hospitalin Russellville, AL to hire a compassionate and skilled Operating RoomCirculator RN to join their Surgical Services team.

As an RN Circulator, you’ll play a vital role indelivering exceptional patient care throughout every phase of surgery — frompre-op to post-op — while collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesiaproviders, and the surgical team.

You’ll help maintain sterile technique, ensuresurgical readiness, and support safe, positive patient outcomes in a fast-pacedOR environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide perioperative nursing carefor patients of all ages
