Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality, patient-centered clinical care and performs initial and ongoing assessment.
• Communicates and documents assessment results with the interdisplinary team and updates plans of care.
• Develops individualized plans of care and adheres to safety, medication and documentation policies.
• Completes required research utilization form and continuing education hours annually.
• Maintains BLS certification and participates in in-services and health screens.
