Axiom Care is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our skilled nursing facility in West Frankfort, Illinois. The RN will provide total nursing care during assigned shifts, oversee staff, and ensure compliance with facility policies. Responsibilities include administering medications, educating residents and families, and monitoring team performance. We offer competitive pay at $36 an hour and a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan. Formación

• Graduated from an accredited nursing education program.
• Possess an active RN license in Illinois.
• No history of abuse convictions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide total care for residents on assigned unit.

• Administer medications and evaluate effectiveness.
• Maintain supportive environment for residents.
• Educate residents and families on care plans.
