Job summary

Saber Health Group’s Autumn Care of Mechanicsville, located at 7600 Autumn Park Way, Mechanicsville, VA 23116, is seeking dedicated nurses to join our skilled care unit. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, development of individualized care plans, and collaboration with nursing staff to maintain high-quality standards.

Full-time shifts 3:00 pm–11:00 pm, pay $40.00–$45.00 per hour based on experience, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification and basic computer skills to navigate EHR.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel delivering care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and policies.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assess resident’s needs, develop an individualized care plan, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care in a SNF setting. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our community, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or designee to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification. Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Shift & Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunities Available
• Shifts Needed: 3:00p - 11:00p
• Wage: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour, Based on Experience
• Sign On Bonus: $2,000
  • 1/3 Paid Out Every Quarter for Three Quarters
