Job summary

Endeavor Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Central Resource Team at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. This full-time role offers a 36-hour work week with a day shift from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, providing professional nursing care under the Illinois RN Act and hospital policies.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN or higher, with 1+ year RN inpatient experience, Illinois RN licensure, CPR and ACLS within one year. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing.
• Requires 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
• Associate Degree in Nursing; if ADN is highest, must graduate BSN within five years.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure.
• CPR certification by AHA or BLS.
• ACLS within one year of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care in accordance with Illinois RN Act and hospital policies; employs critical thinking to assess patient condition.

$37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

What you will need:

• Preferred Education, Skills and/or Experience:
• Bachelor?s Degree or higher in Nursing
• Required Education, Skills and/or Experience:
• Requires 1+ years' of RN experience in an inpatient unit setting
• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
  • If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date.
• Required License and/or Certification:
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
• Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or Basic Life Support
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within one year of start date into position
