Job summary

St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a Special Full Time RN for our Clinical Decision Unit. The RN is responsible for daily planning, coordination, and monitoring of care with the nursing staff and other health care professionals.

You will ensure efficient use of resources, adherence to standards of care, and documentation of care variations to meet patient outcomes and stay length targets. Graduate of an approved School of Nursing with current WV or compact-state RN licensure is required; BLS

Ensures that variations based on patients' individual needs are justified and well documented. Assists with the management needs of Nursing Unit.

Requirements

Graduate of an approved School of Nursing. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of West Virginia or a valid compact state nurse license.

EXPERIENCE: Experience preferred but not required.

SKILLS: Knowledge of current nursing procedures. BLS required.
