Job summary

HCA Healthcare's TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center in Tennessee seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver patient-centered care alongside physicians and a multidisciplinary team. You will administer medications, monitor vitals, assist in respiratory care, coordinate discharge planning, and uphold safety standards.

TN RN licensure (or compact state), BLS, and ACLS within 6 months are required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, with ICU experience and specialty certification

  • RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • BLS required
  • ACLS within 6 Months of hire or transfer from non ICU area
  • Specialty certification preferred
  • One to two years clinical nursing preferred
  • ICU experience preferred

  • You will administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.
  • You will provide respiratory, ventilator management, and monitoring for patients.
  • You will serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
  • You will monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
  • You will assess and coordinate patient’s discharge planning needs with members of your healthcare team.

**Registered nurses provide and coordinate care for patients.
