Edward-Elmhurst Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cath Lab in Naperville on a per diem/part-time basis. The RN will render professional nursing care, assess patient condition, plan and evaluate care, and document observations. Call requirements include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nursing licensure in Illinois and BLS/CPR are required; BSN preferred within 5 years, ACLS within 6 months. Eligible staff can participate in incentives, shift differentials, tuition reimbursement,

• Associate degree in nursing or higher (BSN preferred within 5 years).
• Current CPR certification (BLS) required.
• State of Illinois RN licensure and ACLS within 6 months of start.

Employing critical thinking skills, assesses patients’ condition, recognizes deviations, plans and evaluates care, monitors patients’ progress, and records pertinent observations. Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff. Functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals.
