Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team in California for a 13‑week assignment. The role involves performing invasive cardiac procedures, patient care, and rapid response in a busy cath lab.

Candidates must have at least 2 years in a cath lab, active RN license, ACLS and BLS, be on call with weekend rotations, and proficient EMR charting. Typical shift is Monday through Friday, 10 hours per shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of cath lab experience.
• Active RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac invasive procedures in a Cath Lab environment.
• Peripheral procedures such as carotid interventions, AV grafts, EVAR, and other diagnostic interventions will also be conducted.
• Call is required with 30-minute response times; on-call every other weekend.
• Charting will be completed using an electronic medical record system.

Description:The position requires working in a Cardiac Cath Lab environment.Nurses will be expected to handle all cardiac invasive procedures, except for structural heart cases.Peripheral procedures such as carotid interventions, AV grafts, EVAR, and other diagnostic interventions will also be conducted.The average number of cases per day is approximately 8.Call is required, with response times of 30 minutes.Nurses should anticipate being on call every other weekend.Assignments for holidays will rotate.The facility operates with a nursing division focusing on acute care.Charting will be completed using an electronic medical record system.Candidates may not have been employed directly by the associated health facility within the past year.This position is not open to candidates who have worked directly within the last year.
