Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Georgia seeks a bedside nurse to perform a variety of clinical procedures with independent judgment, using equipment for diagnosis and treatment. You will contribute to a patient-centered, collaborative care environment on the Day shift.

The role requires 1 year ICU/CCU/ER or Cath Lab/EP Lab experience, plus an active nursing license and strong English communication. You will work within Wellstar’s standards, policies, and patient-first values to deliver quality care.

Qualifications

• 1 year ICU/CCU/ER experience or Cath Lab/EP Lab experience preferred.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Active nursing license and certifications required.

Job Summary:

Functions under the direction of the Site Manager. He/she is responsible for performing a wide variety of clinical procedures requiring independent judgement, ingenuity and initiative in the utilization of the equipment for the diagnosis and/or treatment

Required Minimum Education:

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred

Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):

All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support or ARC-ALS - Amer Red Cross Advanced Life Support or ACLS-I - ACLS - Instructor or ACLS-P - ACLS-Provisional (180 Days) within 180 Days
• BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
• RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact

Additional License(s) and Certification(s):

Required Minimum Experience:

1 year ICU/CCU/ER or previous Cath Lab/EP Lab experience Preferred
