Qualifikationen

• Essential: Associate degree in Nursing.
• Education specialization: in a Nursing Program from an Accredited School of Nursing.
• Two Years of acute hospital Utilization Review experience; or Foreign Medical Graduate with Utilization Review experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Registered Nurse-LIC.

Aufgaben

• Performs and monitors integrated concurrent utilization review and case referrals.
• Works with medical and professional staff to obtain appropriate clinical documentation for review and optimal patient placement.
• Maintains contact with Managed Care and other third party payors to ensure appropriate case management.
