Job summary

The supervisor will lead CM staff, assist in hiring and training, and collaborate with leadership to ensure compliant, patient-centered service. Evening or weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Texas is required.
• Computer skills with Microsoft Office suite knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; some evening or weekend work will be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate discharge planning from admission through transfer to next level of care.
• Coordinate CM staff schedules and department operations.
• Assist in hiring, firing, orientation, training and evaluation.
• Develop mediation and intervention strategies and resolve conflicts.
• Serve as liaison between Case Managers and Board.
• Additional duties as assigned.
