A healthcare service provider in Crestview, Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for assessing client health needs, developing and implementing care plans, and monitoring compliance with prevailing standards. Ideal candidates must have a valid RN license in Florida and at least two years of RN experience, preferably in home health care. Strong communication skills and proficiency in care assessment tools are essential. This position offers a dynamic work environment with an emphasis on quality client outcomes.

Formación

• Minimum of two years' experience as an RN.
• Experience in geriatrics is helpful.
• Work experience with communication and assessment skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess plans and implement care based on client needs.
• Perform client admissions and monitor compliance.
• Develop and document Plan of Care for clients.
• Teach nursing care to clients and caregivers.

Conocimientos

Good communication skills

Proficient in OASIS

Knowledge of OSHA, JCAHO/CHAP standards

Clinical assessment skills

Knowledge of case management guidelines

Educación

Graduate of an accredited RN program

Current RN license in Florida

Completion of 25 CEUs bi-annually
