Job summary

Ohio Senior Home Health Care offers flexible, part-time per diem RN case manager and PRN nursing roles focused on 1-on-1 patient care in home settings.

Ideal candidates will have an Ohio nursing license, a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass background checks with CPR/First Aid readiness. Prior home health experience is preferred but not required, with supportive staff guiding the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Candidates must pass a BCI and FBI background check

Responsibilities

• Provide per diem home visits to individual patients, delivering quality nursing care

• Implement and monitor the nursing care plan for each patient in a home setting
• Maintain accurate records of observations, treatments and patient progress
