Mount Carmel invites an experienced RN Case Manager to join our team for weekend coverage at St. Ann's. This part-time role directs and coordinates patient care from admission to discharge, balancing cost-effective resource use with high-quality patient advocacy.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure smooth transitions, and support patients and families. The ideal candidate has an ADN, Ohio RN license, 3–5 years acute care experience, and a commitment to exceptional service.
