Job summary

Vitality Living of Remer LLC is seeking a results-driven RN Case Manager to support the Remer community in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment. This role is ideal for a nurse who can move quickly, lead confidently, and ensure high-quality, compliant care.

Vitality Living is seeking a results-driven RN Case Manager to support Vitality Living of Park Rapids in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment. This role is ideal for a nurse who can move quickly, lead confidently, and ensure high-quality, compliant care.
