Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
  • Advanced degree in Nursing preferred (MSN/PhD/DNP/ARNP).
  • Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or MLS.
  • Three years of recent clinical experience in specialty area.

Responsibilities

  • Mobilize resources and manage the system in response to patient needs.
  • Act as an expert clinical practitioner and participate in development and evaluation of clinical guidelines and standards of care.
  • Apply specialized knowledge to administration, supervision, and evaluation of nursing practice.
  • Utilize critical thinking and independent decision-making regarding patient care and data collection/analysis.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, healthcare providers, payors and management.
  • Commit to safe, reliable and effective healthcare excellence.

Position Summary

We’re seeking an RN Case Manager to join our incredible hospital-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to facilitate interdisciplinary plans of care as you guide patient progress toward achieving clinical, quality and cost-effective outcomes. Responsibilities
  • You will mobilize resources and manage the system in response to patient needs
  • You will act as an expert clinical practitioner and participate in the development and evaluation of clinical guidelines and standards of care
  • You will apply your specialized knowledge to the activities of administration, supervision, and evaluation of nursing practice
  • You will utilize critical thinking skills and independent decision-making regarding patient care and the collection and analysis of data
  • Collaborate with patients, families, health care providers, payors and management
  • Commit to achieving safe, reliable and effective health care excellence
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before January 1, 2021 may be considered in satisfaction of this requirement in lieu of an education agreement
  • Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
  • Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
  • Three (3) years of recent clinical experience in specialty area

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $47.86 - $89.93 USD.

However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
