Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EHR systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Long Term Care experience is a plus.
• Team-oriented and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to Residents and families.
• Monitor Residents and administer medications and treatments.
• Document care in Resident and department records.
• Adhere to infection-control policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to resolve needs.
• Uphold quality of care per facility standards.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs.
