The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure in the state, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of clinic experience. This PRN position emphasizes compassionate care and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum one year clinic experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning treatment programs with Charge Nurse(s) and other staff.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, and assist with minor procedures.
• Count controlled substances and comply with policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP notes and attend mandatory staff meetings and training.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physician, and supervisory personnel.
