Job summary

Piedmont Newton Hospital in Covington, GA is seeking a PRN Care Manager to support care coordination, progression of care, and proactive discharge planning for a caseload of patients.

This role requires RN licensure in Georgia, graduate of nursing program, and 2 years of acute/post-acute experience; InterQual or Milliman experience preferred. Availability to work both weekends and weekdays is required.
