A healthcare provider in Tulsa is seeking an RN Care Manager to be part of the integrated care program. This role involves conducting assessments, coordinating client care, and advocating for consumers' rights. Candidates must be licensed RNs in Oklahoma with preferred experience in a behavioral health setting. The position currently offers remote services due to COVID19 protocols, with in-office work to resume in the future. Bilingual candidates are a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS: RN licensed to practice medicine in the State of Oklahoma. Bilingual a plus.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Preferred 1 to 3 years of experience in a behavioral health setting. Use of electronic health record and various technology required, training provided.
TRAVEL AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must possess Oklahoma Driver License and use personal automobile for local travel to locations other than primary office. Office-based and field-based services are provided. Currently working remotely from home providing telephone and telehealth (video) services due to COVID19 protocols, will return to in-office work in the future.
