Aura Health is seeking an RN to provide coordinated nursing care in California. The role involves supervising nursing staff, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and applying critical thinking to ensure quality patient care.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, coordinating interventions, and participating in discharge planning. Strong teamwork and adherence to vaccination requirements are essential.

Qualificações

• RN licensure in the practice state is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS, STABLE, ACLS or ARC-ALS, and Fetal Heart Monitoring certifications are all required.
• Preferred education includes a BSN and acute care experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient health data, analyze information, and develop care plans with prescribed interventions.
• Implement and coordinate care, promote safety and health, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to provide a safe, caring environment and education.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegate and coordinate duties among healthcare team members.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
