Wyoming Life Resource Center seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The facility operates an ICF and SNF, providing world-class care and meaningful work across Wyoming communities.

New graduates are encouraged to apply, with a $2,000 hiring bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and education leave. Expect 12-hour shifts with 3 or 4 days off each week.

Formación

• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• Eligible for Wyoming RN licensure; current licensure preferred.
• BLS certification required or ability to obtain.
• Understanding of ICF/SNF regulations and Nurse Practice Act.

Responsabilidades

• Provide continuous care by assessing, evaluating, and implementing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; monitor outcomes.
• Communicate with medical providers and follow orders promptly.
• Coordinate appointments, surgeries, and procedures for residents.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team meetings and teaching activities.
• Support health promotion and disease prevention for individuals and groups.
