Job summary

Bellbrook Health and Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide and supervise nursing care for residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The role includes direct patient care, medication administration, and supervising LPNs and CNAs.

The position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus for FULL-TIME, with negotiable salary and both full-time and part-time options available. A supportive leadership team and a commitment to compassionate, outcome-oriented care are highlighted.

Qualifications

• RN license in practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day nursing activities with licensed staff and CNAs.
• Provides direct nursing care and supervises resident care per regulations.
• Administers medications and observes for adverse effects.
• Performs wound care and other skilled nursing procedures.
• Schedules follow-up appointments and coordinates with physicians.
• Leads nursing staff and participates in care planning meetings.
• Ensures policy compliance and proper documentation.
• Participates in admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs.
• Maintains resident safety and quality of care.
