Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to support patients with chronic conditions and complex needs. You will collaborate with physicians and clinical staff and follow established guidelines to deliver high-quality, coordinated care across the care continuum in Arkansas in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Required: active RN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. A High School diploma or GED is required for lab roles; 3–4 years of ambulatory or

• Current RN license in good standing (AR license or multi-state license including AR)
• CPR certification required
• High School diploma or GED equivalent if working in the lab
• Three to four years’ experience preferred
• Ambulatory and/or care management experience preferred
• Current driver’s license in good standing and reliable, insured transportation
