Job summary

AdventHealth in Rome, Georgia is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to assess and plan patient care, implement treatments, and coordinate with families and healthcare teams. This full-time day-shift role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and a schedule of 7a-7p with 3x12-hour shifts plus weekend rotations.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's/Bachelor's in Nursing with ACLS, BLS, CNOR, and PALS certifications, and an active RN license.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's of Nursing required; ACLS certification preferred.
• BLS CPR certification required; RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement.
• CNOR required; EV Accredited Issuing Body.
• PALS certification required; RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement.
• RN license in good standing with EV Accredited Issuing Body; pay range specified.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and formulates expected outcomes based on diagnoses, ensuring realistic, attainable plans of care.
• Develops individualized care plans with patient, family, and providers; ensures continuity and documentation.
• Implements interventions from the care plan safely and timely; documents actions.
• Evaluates patient progress toward outcomes; revises diagnoses, outcomes, and plans as needed.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
