Texas Health Southwest in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Telemetry for full-time 36 hours weekly on a 7a – 7p schedule. Join a Magnet-designated facility with a 28-bed telemetry unit and a 5:1 patient-to-nurse ratio on both days and nights.

Successful candidate will provide compassionate, high-quality care to adult to geriatric patients in a Med/Surg/Telemetry setting, with opportunities for professional growth and self-scheduling to support work/life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults in the cardiac telemetry unit.
• Monitor patient status and telemetry readings, respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
