Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for Cardiac Telemetry 2&8 – Step Down Unit at Edward Main Hospital in Naperville. This full‑time night position offers 36 hours/week with rotating weekends and holidays.

Required: IL RN license, BSN or higher (ADN must complete BSN within five years), 1+ year inpatient RN experience, CPR, ACLS within one year, NIHSS within one year. We offer premium pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing required.
• Requires 1+ year RN experience in an inpatient unit.
• If ADN only, must graduate with a BSN within five years of start date.
• Current IL RN licensure required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• ACLS within one year of start date.
• NIHSS within one year of start date.
• Cardiac telemetry/inpatient CCR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN care in Cardiac Telemetry 2&8 – Step Down Unit.
• Administer medications and monitor patient status.
• Respond to clinical emergencies and stabilize patients as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and support staff to plan care.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
