Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Hospital is hiring a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across the patient lifecycle, applying nursing processes to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care. The role requires coordination of care among assigned staff and adherence to organizational standards.

Minimum qualifications include graduation from a nursing program, 1 year telemetry experience with EKG interpretation, and a GA RN or NLC/eNLC license; BLS/ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• 1 year of telemetry experience; ability to read EKG strips.
• Current Georgia RN or NLC/eNLC multistate license.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• For PRN positions: 1 year of hospital nursing experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Advanced certification in specialty area (if applicable).
• Nursing experience in hospital setting preferred.
