Job summary
Boston Medical Center in Massachusetts seeks a Registered Nurse in Cardiac Telemetry to provide patient-centered care on the Med/Surg unit. You will join a Magnet-recognized organization focusing on evidence-based practice and continuous professional growth.

Qualifications
- Education: Nursing Diploma, ASN or BSN (BSN within 4 years required).
- License: Current RN MA license, BLS + ACLS required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of acute Med/Surg preferred in hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care in the Department, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patients.
- Communicate with health care team members, patients, and their families.
- Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues.
- Update and manage patient records.
- Enter and interpret computerized data/information.
- Follow guidelines and policies established by BMC’s nursing organization.
- Assist the leadership team as needed in quality improvement projects.
