Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for Cardiac Telemetry 2&8 - Step Down Unit at Edward Main Hospital in Naperville. This full-time night shift covers 36 hours per week with rotating weekends and holidays.

Requirements: BSN or ADN with plan to BSN within five years, Illinois RN license, CPR, ACLS and NIHSS within one year. Salary hourly range $37.25–$55.80 with a review-based increase.

• Requires 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit
• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; if ADN highest, must complete BSN within 5 years of start date
• Current Illinois RN licensure

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

Position Highlights:

• Position: RN - Cardiac Telemetry 2&8 - Step Down Unit

• Location: Edward Main Hospital - Naperville

• Full Time: 36 hours/week

• Hours: Nights 7:00pm-7:30am with rotating weekends and holidays

What you will need:

Preferred Education, Skills and/or Experience:

• Bachelor?s Degree or higher in Nursing

Required Education, Skills and/or Experience:

• Requires 1+ years' of RN experience in an inpatient unit setting

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing

  • If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date.

Required License and/or Certification:

• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure

• Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within one year of start date into position

• Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS) within one year of start date into position
