Job summary

NorthShore University HealthSystem in Naperville is seeking an RN for Cardiac Telemetry 2&8 – Step Down Unit. This full-time position offers 36 hours per week, day shifts from 7:00am to 7:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays, at Edward Main Hospital in Naperville.

Required: Illinois RN license, CPR, ACLS within one year, NIHSS within one year; 1+ year inpatient RN experience; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or ADN with plan to complete BSN within five years).

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ year of RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher; ADN holders must pursue BSN within five years.
• Active State of Illinois RN licensure; CPR certification; ACLS within 1 year of start date; NIHSS within 1 year of start date.

Job description

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

What you will need:

Preferred Education, Skills and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing

Required Education, Skills and/or Experience:

• Requires 1+ years' of RN experience in an inpatient unit setting

• Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross




• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within one year of start date into position
